Please answer a few questions to see if you are eligible for the Migraine research study.

Migraine research study overview:

  • Participation is voluntary
  • Completely remote visits completed via Zoom and online surveys
  • Requires phone number and email verification and downloading IPhone app
  • Participation will last only 2.5 to 5 weeks


Following completion of Pre-Screening survey, if you meet the requirements to participate, the following steps will take place:

  1. Phone call to review the Informed Consent Form within 48 hours from completion of this survey
  2. Complete an additional survey
  3. Schedule a Zoom call via Calendly


Upon completion of all steps, you will be eligible for incentive of up to $177.
