We are conducting research to better understand people’s experiences and perspectives on financial products and services. This pre-qualification form will help determine whether you are eligible for the study.

Selected participants will complete a series of online activities over the course of three days and will receive an incentive of $150.00, provided via virtual Amazon gift card upon completion.

Following this, all participants will be invited to take part in a 60-minute virtual interview. We will complete a limited number of interviews, and once those are filled, any remaining scheduled sessions may be canceled. Participants who complete the interview will receive an additional $150 incentive, provided via virtual Amazon gift card upon completion.

Any information given during the study will be kept strictly confidential and used in aggregate for research purposes only.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. Responses will be used to understand consumer lifestyle and habits. Personal information collected in connection with the survey will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
