Thank you for participating in this survey, which is part of a research study being conducted on behalf of the NeuroArts Blueprint: The Science of Arts, Health and Well-Being. The study is intended to explore the science and practice of using art to advance health and well-being and to inform the emerging field of neuroarts. For the purposes of this survey, our working definition of neuroarts is:

Neuroarts is the study of how aesthetic experiences and the arts measurably change the brain and body and how this knowledge is translated into practices that advance health and well-being.

If you choose to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete the following survey that, depending on your responses, may include up to 48 questions. It will take you approximately 14-16 minutes to complete. There are no known risks to your participation, and your responses will not be shared with others in a way that can identify you.
